What it is
A dietitian-designed 21-day nutrition protocol delivered daily in the companion: personalized meal structure, protein targets, and removal of the foods this patient's own log shows as detractors.
How it works
Reduces the dietary loads that precede GI rises for this patient (fat, histamine, simple carbs, lactose — whichever the attribution shows), stabilises nutritional state and appetite, and restores fibre gradually for butyrate producers.
What the patient does, day by day
| Day 1 | ✓ | Attribution read The companion shows which foods preceded GI rises in the last 60 days. |
| Every day | 🍽 | Protein-forward breakfast ≥ 25 g protein within 2 h of waking. |
| Every day | 🍽 | Remove top detractors The two dietary loads with the largest next-day GI effect for this patient. |
| Every day | 🍽 | Daily fermented food Kefir / yoghurt, or sauerkraut for lactose intolerance. |
| Week 2+ | 🍽 | Fibre ramp Soluble fibre +5 g per week on non-dosing days. |
| Weekly | 🏥 | Dietitian review Log review, protein and weight check. |

Works best when
- · Clear dietary detractors in the log
- · Low microbial diversity
- · Nutritional decline is the leading state
Works poorly when
- · Poor metabolizers (toxicity-led)
- · Adherence < 60 %
- · No food logging
