What it is
A fictional supportive compound taken twice daily for 21 days to blunt the mucosal toxicity of the asset, with pharmacist counselling and a weekly lab check.
How it works
Mucosal cytoprotection and reduced local inflammatory signalling (demo mechanism). Acts on toxicity first; GI burden follows with a lag.
What the patient does, day by day
| Day 1 | 🏥 | Pharmacist counselling Interaction check, dose timing relative to the asset, what to expect. |
| Every day | 💊 | SC-12 twice daily Morning and evening with food; reminder in the companion. |
| Weekly | 🏥 | Lab check Liver panel and CBC (demo). |
| Every evening | ✓ | Symptom check-in GI and fatigue scores. |
| Day 21 | 🏥 | Outcome read Toxicity and GI vs prediction. |

Works best when
- · Toxicity-led deterioration (tox rising before GI)
- · Poor metabolizers
- · Low butyrate capacity
Works poorly when
- · Diet-driven GI patterns (fat / histamine detractors)
- · Cluster EC-03 without concurrent GI protocol
