What it is
Clinician review: LIFE OS assembles a one-page summary (trajectory, divergence, theories, what was tried) and the investigator sees the patient within 72 hours. Autonomous guidance is suspended until the review.
How it works
An escalation, not a treatment. Used when the state is fragile, when evidence for any self-managed protocol is thin, or when pessimism and energy trackers indicate that a human conversation is the intervention.
What the patient does, day by day
| Day 0 | 🏥 | Summary generated LIFE OS insight + Human Model page exported for the clinician. |
| Day 1–3 | 🏥 | Clinician visit Dose review, anti-emetic review, labs; decision recorded in LIFE OS. |
| After | ✓ | Clinician plan in the companion Whatever the clinician decides becomes the daily content. |

Works best when
- · Toxicity ≥ 55 or discontinuation risk ≥ 75 %
- · Pessimism > 7 with energy < 3
- · No protocol clears the evidence bar
Works poorly when
- · Used for patients a companion protocol would have handled (site burden)
