What it is

A dietitian-designed 21-day nutrition protocol delivered daily in the companion: personalized meal structure, protein targets, and removal of the foods this patient's own log shows as detractors.

How it works

Reduces the dietary loads that precede GI rises for this patient (fat, histamine, simple carbs, lactose — whichever the attribution shows), stabilises nutritional state and appetite, and restores fibre gradually for butyrate producers.

What the patient does, day by day

Stop rules
  • · Weight −3 % → dietitian call
  • · GI ≥ 60 for 3 days → switch to GI-04
Contraindications
  • · Enteral / parenteral nutrition
  • · Severe dysphagia

Works best when
  • · Clear dietary detractors in the log
  • · Low microbial diversity
  • · Nutritional decline is the leading state
Works poorly when
  • · Poor metabolizers (toxicity-led)
  • · Adherence < 60 %
  • · No food logging
